NEGATIVE DISHES LIKE OSSOBUCO ARE USUALLY WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY IN ITALIAN RESTAURANTS

Chef and food blogger Aleka Shunk told The Insider that dishes including wraps such as
ossobuco are usually easier to taste in a restaurant than to make from scratch.
“I love ordering ossobuco because it’s hard to find eternal legs in many local grocery stores.
This meal also takes hours and I often don’t have time to spend it cooking at home,” Ham said.
Slightly similar dishes, such as Veal Marsala, Veal Piccata and Veal Scallopini with
mushrooms, are also tasty options that would be long-lasting from scratch, but generally
earn high restaurant prices.
“One dish I love ordering in Italian restaurants is arancini. They need a lot of time to get
home and include frying, which I try not to do often. I love them, so I pamper myself when
I’m gone,” Ham said.
Hot, tasty and usually the size of a bite, arancini are small rice cakes that are usually
stuffed with tasty pieces such as cheese, peas or ragout (meat sauce).
